Shombi Ellis, HIV Prevention Advisor, was deputy chief of party for AED/Botswana, responsible for operations and finance and providing technical direction to in-country projects. She has worked in the area of HIV/AIDS for over 10 years, and assisted the transition to a self-sustaining NGO of Tebelopele VCT centers. Her experience in organizational capacity development includes work with the New Partners Initiative in Botswana and the southern African region.
