Communication for Change (C-Change) is USAID's project for improving the effectiveness and sustainability of communication programs across multiple sectors: population, health, environment and civil society. The purpose of this solicitation is to contract the services of an agency to print and assemble Community Conversation HIV Prevention Toolkits in three languages. The Toolkit consists of six interactive materials that are grouped around a simple community mobilization process and is aligned with the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) quality criteria for small group gatherings.
