Senior Program Officer/C-Hub Manager

C-Hub is an online resource of communication materials for health and development under the C-Change project. The Senior Program Officer/C-Hub Manager is responsible for managing the daily tasks and the long-range strategic development of the C-Hub database. Understanding of website usability and design, and experience managing a web-based database within a content management system are important. Experience working with US government(particularly USAID)rules and regulations and an understanding of international health and communications programs are equally important.

Family Planning/Reproductive Health Program Officer, Malawi

The Program Officer will have expertise in family planning and reproductive health (RH) and will be responsible for managing the implementation of the C-Change SMS and Hotline programs in consultation with the Health Education Unit of the Ministry of Health. He/she will ensure that approved FP messages are sent to individuals whose phone numbers are obtained at the participating health facilities and to comprehensively respond to any questions raised by individuals through the hotline. He/she will also provide programmatic and administrative support to C-Change activities in Malawi. This is a seven months short-term assignment.
